The location is really convenient, and the room is very clean.

Very good position for those who wants to have a nice week-end in Berlin. Ideal for walking and easy access to pubblic trasportation.

White curtains make impossible sleeping. There's no wardrobe in the room.

location very good as very close to all public transport & city centre. staff fixed problem with wi-fi very quickly & accommodated our daughter at short notice.

No chairs to relax on if we wanted a break from sight seeing or for the evenings - had to lie on the beds to chill out so not good for socialising as a family.

Great location - central and convenient. Right by some prime sights, full grocery (Galleria Kaufhof and a local fruit stand) and major transport hub for trains, buses, tram, and metro. Can rent bikes all over nearby and ride straight down Unter den Linden... which turns into the street the apartments are on. We also walked the whole route which was very nicely paced. Great staff - easy to work with and very responsive. Comfortable apts, esp for the reasonable price. Wi-fi in room worked great. Neighborhood is good and plenty of places to eat and drink around.

Cork screw in kitchen would be great, but then perhaps they tend to disappear. Can buy a great quality travel style cork screw at the Galleria wineshop counter for a bit under 5 Euro. Or if you buy something from the Vietnamese lady's shop downstairs (just a post card for instance), she'll pop the cork for you with hers.

Location is very central & beside all Public Transport systems. Excellent value for money

Houskeeping slightly haphazard. Bed very low for an elderly, arthritic traveller !!!!

As it is shown in the photos, very good location, nice cool neighborhood, easy access, modern. The apartment is fully equipped and can be used for long term stay.

No reception, automated entrance may not work if someone locks the door, Wi-Fi is not working with phones.

it was an apartment, not a hotel, so we had a kitchen. the location was great and it felt more like a home than a hotel room would.

It was a clean, well-furnished apartment in an excellent location. I was greeted at the scheduled time by the friendly young owner. Everything was perfect!

The location of the hotel is just perfect for tourists. All the things you have to see in Berlin are right at a hand. It has one of best location for tourists using public transport. Main clubs and best sopping centers are very close to the hotel.

We've spent a week in two rooms apartment (4 persons). Apartments were clean and warm, view is the same as on the pictures, rooms are separated. Perfect variant for two couples. Very good location, four U-S-Bahn lines available, tourists bus line 100 and 200 starts exactly from the bus station that is beside the apartment's house, as well as the bus to the Tegel airport. Two big modern shopping malls at the Alexandr Platz, big and pretty second-hand shop Humana is also nearby. A lot of good restaurants around the place, not far from good night clubs. Big number of city's sights walkable (Museum Island, Unter den Linden, Tacheles and more).

We were permitted to leave our luggage at the office for several hours after check out, but when we came to get our stuff at 5pm the office was closed and no one was out there to open it. So we were a little bit nervous before making a call to manager's mobile to be given some secret directions how to enter the office :)

hymmm...that middle of one afternoon somebody (maintenance guy) tried to get to the apartment. He had the code to open the door!!!! Luckily we locked the door using small "chain" from inside! Otherwise he would have walked right in!
